Integration with Nursery and School Management software
- Access rights for authorised persons are automatically inherited by access control systems from the management software, obviating the need to enter data more than once.
- Access records automatically updated in child records.
Integration with Accounting and Payroll packages, including:
- Pegasus Opera/Opera II
- Sage Line 50/100/MMS.
Sales Ledger Interfaces:
- Automatic generation of transactions in the sales ledger according to rules (e.g. additional charges as a result of additional sessions)
- Ability to post transactions per site
- Ability to post transactions across all sites, overnight.
Technical Platform
- Microsoft SQL Server based system making the service robust and scalable
- Supports 10 to 500+ users
- Local and web-based versions for use across multiple sites.
Payroll Interfaces
- Automatic posting of hours worked to payroll linked to fingerprint or other access control
- Automatic inheritance of access rights from official working hours, meaning that staff do not have access outside scheduled hours
- Linking of access rights across sites (for example, a fingerprint at one site can be automatically enabled to another site based on scheduled movements).
